Is new download and install required when renewing subscription for GP Premium?

Hello,
I just renewed our subscription for GP Premium. It appears that I need to download and reinstall all over again. Is that correct? We have an ongoing site and don't want to wipe out our settings.

Thanks for renewing!
No need to re-install - just make sure the auto update is still activated then you are good to go:
