Is it possible to simply accomplish headers like that?

I would like to have headers like...
Desktop (two rows, centered):
Logo
Menu (Search icon)
Mobile (one row):
Hamburgerbutton Logo Search icon
Is that possible to get or do the mobile header have to be also two rows?

Sorry what issues are you having?
If you want the mobile header to be two rows (logo in the first row, menu in the second row), then simply turn off the mobile header option:
