Hi David,

Are you using the Dynamic Typography system?

If so you can just remove everything by clicking the trash can icon.

I am sorry I do not understand. I don’t want delete a font. I want to reset all font sizes and capitalization to the default at installation.

There isn’t an option to do that, unfortunately – you would need to set it manually.
