Is it possible to make a template?

Hi when i upload a blogpost i want to use a template so i don´t need to design everthing again. So i want that i only need to put the text inside of the article and change the picture and headerpic but that overall everthing is already done and styled. How can i do this?

can you share an example post so i can see what this 'template' would involve?
Theres a few ways to go about it. Simplest method would be to build parts of your 'template' using a Block Element.
For example a Page Hero which can contain your featured image, post meta, title and social icons :
