Is it possible to have this type of layout with GeneratePress?

Hey,
I hope you're all having a great time. So, I was wondering if it's possible to have this kind of layout with GP: mydomaine.com or https://www.thespruce.com/
I know it's probably not possible but can we use some kind of page builder to at least create something similar? For example, same text, layout, etc.

nothing too complicated there.
I would install the GenerateBlocks plugin to build my container layouts on a full width page

To include the Lists of posts you can use the WP Show Posts plugin.
