Is it possible to have the site RTL but still have wordpress admin in English?

Hi everyone,
Need to create a site in an RTL langauge, but I also want the admin section and page building to be in English, is that possible?
Because as far as I understood, to have the website go RTL I have to choose a RTL language from the general settings of wordpress, which then changes all admin menus and page editing menus to the language chosen.

I'm not sure if I've seen a solution for this unfortunately.
Might be worth checking with the WordPress support team to see if they have a filter for this.
