Is it possible to get a widget with self choosen category's in it?

Hey,
I want a category widget were i choose all the page's by my self. Is this possible? or can i only add a category with all the pages.

Yes example is http://www.onlinerijkdomspecialist.nl ( on the right side you a category)
I have also a category. But is show's every page i have on my website. I would like to have a category were i can choose by my self the pages.
