Is it possible to create hook after first paragraph in the single post?

Hi guys. Is it possible to create a hook after first or second paragraph in the single post on the whole site? Or even anywhere in the post? Does GP provide such options? I dont want to use any plugins to do this job. I know some plugins do, such as AdInserter, but i dont want to use them.

Unfortunately there isn't anything built-in for this.
A plugin is likely the best solution unless you can find a custom solution.
