[Resolved] Is it Possible To Add Static Content On This Page?

Hello, i am trying to add some static content which will never change on the top of this page. Is this possible? Since the website is set to show the homepage as ‘latest posts’, i don’t know how i can do it.

you can a the Header Element:

Within the Header Element settings you would need to set the Display Rules to Front Page.
