Is it a bug?

Yesterday, I updated my website to the last version of WordPress. The problem is I can not use anymore "Footer Widgets", "Disable Elements" and "Page Builder Container" addons in Layout metabox on the dashboard. When I click on any of these, nothing happens. Is it somehow a bug or what?

I think is a problem with the caching. I tried with another website and there is no problem.

hmmm... i can't replicate the issue.
Have you tried clearing any server caches ?
