Is Happy forms included in Premium

Hi,
I have installed Ethos from your Site library.
On install, happyforms plugin is added to the site. Is the suscription to happy forms included in your Premium product?

The happyform plugin is free, no subscription is needed.
Also if you prefer other contact form plugins, you are free to switch. :)
