Jason
Hi there,
I just bought the premium version of this theme and it appears that the most popular page builder on the market is not supported. I cannot get elements to appear correctly when built with WPBakery Page Builder.
For example, on my homepage, I want my blog posts arranged in a grid, but after choosing the proper settings the posts still show up in one full-width column.
Even something as simple as a progress bar does not work.
I’ve read many posts in this forum regarding this, with not many helpful replies from support.
Is it compatible or not?
Any clarity on this would be appreciated.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
GP is definitely compatible with WPBakery π
Any chance you can link us to the site in question?
You can edit the original topic and use the private URL field.
Let me know π

I edited the url in the original post.
When you get there append this to the url “/test-page-one/” to see the simplest of pages, literally a progress bar, which does not display properly. Or at all really.
Maybe I’m missing something simple, who knows.
At any rate thanks for the quick reply and hopefully you find something I’m missing.

Well, that was quite annoying. The plugin that was causing the issue was WPBakery… uninstalled and reinstalled and it appears to be working now, at least for the simple progress bar.
Will try to get the grid thing going again, hopefully, that resolved it.
Thanks for spotting that for me.

Width Slider is fine now.
There remains the problem of the changing dynamic page (post / item)
