Internet Explorer IE Compatibility

I'm hearing issues with menu functionality on mobile while using Internet Explorer. Specifically with the windows phones.
Have you heard of any other cases? My theme is up to date and the phones are also up to date. Any resources for IE mobile testing? Not having issues with other browsers.

Do you know what version? I don't have a Windows phone so I can't test it specifically, but if there's an issue it should be the browser itself.
What exactly is the issue being reported?

Haha that's what I said!
It's a Windows Phone 8.1
The issue is when tapping on the Menu button on mobile to bring up the list of pages. The image turns to an X but the menu doesn't swing in from the left.
I just confirmed it is IE: just use an Internet explorer browser on a computer and reposition the screen to a mobile size, then try and hit the menu button, and you should see the problem.

What version of IE? Seems to be working in 11.
