I just got a notification that there is an update from what I am currently on. I am new to WordPress and I have spent the better part of a week making changes to the addons etc to my new site and I was just about to go live with it. If I install the update will I lose all of the work I have done? I only installed updates and some plugins and purchased your premium addon package which I have used to modify my page. I haven’t changed any coding or anything. Please tell me I won’t lose what I have done…

Hi Jessica,
As long as you haven’t edited any core files of the theme, you won’t lose anything.
All customizations made using the addons are stored in your database, and won’t be touched by any updating process 🙂
