Hi,
I’m trying to install on a WP 5.6 full updated the template.
After importing plugins it stop with an 503 error, at the moment when it import demo content.
Try to tweak server configuration but don’t change anyting.I have those error in log but don’t understand what it talking about.

the 503 error means your server was unable to respond to the issue. Can you check with your host to see if they can provide any info on why that error is occurring.

Hi,
can we download content directly without import mode ?I have try to import another template and it’s work perfectly. Are you sure there is no problem with Dispatch template ?

StaffCustomer SupportAll of the sites are built to the same standards. The Dispatch site may be slightly larger then some other imports. Can you check how much PHP memory is available on the server ? I generally work with a minimum of 512-768mb and downsize if needed.
