Installing Menus and Replacing Filler Text

Hello, are there any special instructions on installing Generate Press when installing menus? I don't think all of my menus made it to the theme, but I didn't want to delete any filler text or menus and break anything. Any assistance or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
