Installation of the failed theme.

Hi,
I've just purchased Pro version 1.6.2, in my website I'm using the free version 2.1.2.
When I go to import the zip file in themes I see this message
Unpacking the package ...
Installing the theme ...
The package can not be installed. The style sheet is missing from the theme - style.css.
Installation of the failed theme.
I tried to upload files with Ftp, but it does not appear on the themes page.
What should I do?
