Install said 'missing css file'

I purchased the upgrade, downloaded the zip file but when it installed it gave a css file missing msg and the enhanced features do not have the 'activate' button. What next?Deleted and installed again.... actual error msg: 'The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.'
