You'll need to convert it to a web font: http://www.fontsquirrel.com/tools/webfont-generator

Then use @font-face: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/using-font-face/

I'm afraid that's a little of the scope of the support forum.

Basically, in order to use it on your site, it needs to be a web font, and it needs to be licensed to be a web font.

After a quick search, I don't think it's legal to make that font a web font, so you might need to find an alternative font that's similar.
