'inside-header' creating unwanted space

I'm having trouble getting rid of the 'inside-header' area, which is creating unwanted space below the nav bar.
I'm almost certain that it's part of the 'page header' I created from the GP Page Headers section, but I can't find a way to remove it.
Hi Michael, the simplest method is to remove the padding in Customiser > Layout > Header.

I am not seeing the option to remove padding. I'm linking to a screenshot below.
