Inserting high-res logo

Hi Tom!
How can I insert a header logo that appears smaller than the header width but is still high-res (3000x275 px)? If I just increase a padding then it looks OK on a computer, but on mobile, it appears way too small. However, if I enable the mobile header and insert smaller image, it appears blurry and distorted.
Is there any way around?
