Insert video bucle on a home page

First of all congratulations for your theme. I love it! I want to insert a video on a home page. Exactly like this website (full width): https://www.wendysguide.com/
And a second question: is it possible to move the home menu at the top of the page?

Now it works on the header, but I want to place it on another place. The structure would be:
- Normal header with logo and solid color on background
- Menu (pages)
- Video bucle
- Text
- Content

The page header should be below the menu by default.
