Insert text, menu and logo on image

Good morning!!.. I would like to place an H1 text, menu and logo..on top of an image in home.. I use the dev template

Hi there,

1. Use a Header Element in Appearance > Elements, to merge your site header / navigation with your content.

2. If needed you can add a Block Element to create the hero ( image and text ) section:
