Insert shortcode in featured image?

Dear GeneratePress-Team,
I have a featured image on the following site which is also above the h1:
https://elberadweg-unterkunft.de/startseite-rc-2/
Now I would like to insert some shortcode like e.g. [newsletter-widget 123] into the featured image above my h1. Is this possible? Is there any trick for that?
On my previous page I've got a newsletter box inside my header image:
