insert no follow link toggle

Hi,
I was wondering if you know a way to get a toggle that allows you to insert no follow and no sponsored links into the text editor?

Currently I use Rankmath which allows me to do this but I am thinking of changing this plugin soon so was hoping you may know of a method on how to do this?

I'm not exactly sure how the links in your content on text editor are created but assuming it's all manually coded tags, you'll have to manually add them yourself
Or.
Do it with JS or jQuery.

But you may have to modify it a bit because the code provided here as it is, gets all the tags on the page.

Sorry, I don't think I was clear enough in my explanation.
I mean in the normal wordpress editor, if you highlight something you want to link to you will only get the 'open in new tab' toggle.
But rankmath adds two more toggle options so it's more convenient to quickly add a no-follow or no sponsored tag.
I'm just looking for a way to add the no-follow and no-sponsored toggle so it's faster to add these tags.

its an open Issue on the Gutenberg GitHub, ie. plenty of users requesting this be added to WP Core.
There are some other plugins that add it, mostly SEO plugins like the one you're using. Or i believe the EditorsKit plugin adds them - although i am not sure you'll want ALL the other stuff it adds.
Just for reference, the GenerateBlocks Buttons Block has those options built in.

One thing I forgot to ask.
Does the generatepress team have a preferred or go-to SEO plugin that they recommend or like themselves?
I'm in the middle of searching for a new one and rankmath seems a bit too over the top for me. I just need something lightweight and basic.
We still use Yoast, but not out of any particular preference its more a legacy thing, we don't use hardly any of its options.
I see in other forums like our FB community that SEO Press and SEO Framework are good options.

I was thinking of both SEO press, and SEO Framework is a new one I keep hearing about.
If I was more technical I'd go without a plugin like the article!

The article i found a good measure of the fundamentals you need for SEO - without all the cruft... I would probably use that as my benchmark for choosing a lightweight SEO plugin.
