Ahhahha.. But does this have to be done to every article? It takes less time to write the article than to apply the icon :)))

No. One Block Element should be alright. You can get the Author Avatar through a GPP Dynamic Image Block. Reference: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/dynamic-blocks/#author-avatar

Then, you can display the Block Element for all articles.
