Insert header for individual posts

I would like to insert Hreflang for my posts manually.

Its a multisite installation
Main Site - EN
Subsite - FR

For each post, I would like to add the hreflang tag in the main site and the subsite.

Could you please advise how can I achieve this?

I am using the latest GP Themes and premium plugin.

GeneratePress itself doesn't have an option for this, but it seems like there are a handful of plugins that do: https://wpengine.com/resources/hreflang-tags-for-wordpress/
