insert block element on page?

Hello! I have the feeling I'm missing something quite simple here:
I created a preview for a custom post type, very similar to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ZTQP_KA2xE
But I don't want to use this element as the whole content on a page, e.g. the blog page. What I want to do is insert this block as one element on the homepage. So is it possible to add this block element as block in gutenberg?
Because the other way I tried to achieve this is directly on the page, but there I didn't find the option to insert dynamic content, right?

It's currently not possible, but we are working on it.
You can give WordPress's query loop block a try.
Thank you. Any ETA for this feature? Will this be integrated with the announced merge of WP Show posts and GPBlocks?

GenerateBlocks Query Loop Block is top of our list for this years releases. But its a big feature and i would not expect to see much other than Beta versions before March this year. In the meantime the core query loop would be the way to go.
