What do you mean man ^_^ Where do you need that video ?
Is it a Youtube video you want to embed ?
Or do you have the video inside your PC ?
If it’s a Youtube video, you can just paste the link inside the WordPress visual editor.
Or use this shortcode, it should work.
[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaNH56Vpg-A&w=640&h=385]
Change the URL to your video, and change the W for width and H for Height as you wish.
More info here :

If you have a file on your PC… well you can add it as media I think but with a 64 MB limit, which is small.
I suggest you first create an account with Youtube or DailyMotion, upload your video there, make it private if you need to, and then embed it on your blog.
Good luck

[embed width="500" height="400"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQL34ZiCNVA[/embed]Change the width and height to what you desire.
Not into the visual editor. Into the text editor.

I don’t get it why my codes don’t show…
[ embed width="500" height="400"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQL34ZiCNVA[/ embed]I just couldn’t get the code showing without using the spaces. Remove the spaces in the []
I hope you can see the code now.Did you get it fixed ?

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperbbPress doesn’t like shortcodes.
Try adding spacing between square brackets just to show in here:
