insecure site error

I just went live with our new site. BTW - I am very excited about the way it looks!! Thx GP
My issue is it worked fine with some browsers. But on FireFox I got the error message below .Is there something that I need to do on the site? I don't understand this error. I spoke with the new hosting company and they didn't see a problem???
Also, I reset my license after the change. How do I know that it was done correctly? Could that be the problem.
innovative-solutions.org uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed. Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER
Any help you can provide will be appreciated. Thank you.

Also on iphone safari I got the message Safari could not open because it could not establish a secure connection to the server.

It may be a cache problem. When a cache is cleared then it works. But, obviously this is a problem for our customers. Is there a fix? I am really guessing at the root of the problem, that is why I am coming to you.
Are you typing in https instead of http?
When I go to http, I see no errors at all.
If you're wanting to use https, you'll need your hosting to set up an SSL certificate for you.
