[Support request] Inputting HTML

I am trying to ass Google AdSense to my WordPress Membership site
I am asked to add the given HTML code beneath the ‘Head’ entry – but where?

Where will find the place to add the HTML Code? Do I have to add that coxde for each Post or only for the home Page?
