Injecting dynamic text in posts

Hi,

Is it possible to add somewhere a code like {my_field} and define my_filed somewhere in the theme to replace when showing the page?

Let's say I add a new field {company} and gave a value as "GeneratePress LLC". Then field should be replaced with its value whenever {company} is seen in page source.
