Info theme editing of homepage

I cannot find how to edit homepage text from info theme. I am attaching a picture for clarity. Thanks

the home page for that site is a static page, you can edit the page, select the text and edit it.
That means I need to edit each and every post from a specific area? Is that?

Are you referring to changing the queried posts? If so, then no.
You just need to add parameters to the Query Loop Blocks. Reference: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/query-loop-overview/#query-parameters
