Hey, I’ve just launched a new site, but I’ve noticed all of my pages have “index.php” text in the URL. EG: https://oncejustadream.com/index.php/blog/ – how do I remove this please, so it is just the url then the page?

    Thanks,
    Ella

    Hi there,

first thing to do is to go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, select the structure you want eg. Post Name.
Then Click Save Changes to rebuild the permalinks.

If the URL still has the index.php then have a chat with your host – explain the issue and they should be able to check if there are httaccess rewrite rules that are affecting it
