Ah, I understand now. But what would be better? Leave it or deactivate it and apply it on the Auptomize?
I don’t see any option for the image. Should I leave the setting as is?

I would remove the lazy load plugin.
And use the option in Autoptimize.
Go to the Images tab to enable it in its settings:
I had better results when I had the lazyload installed on my website. I’ve checked the box in the image section, and ran a test in Google speed test, but went down. Should I put it back and uncheck the image box?
Yes, if you have better results with the Lazyload plugin installed – then re-install that plugin. And uncheck the option in the Autoptimize plugin.
