Increase space between rows in footer only

Hi,

I would like to increase the space between rows in footer only. I think i can only increase it sitewide.

Theres a few ways - one method would be to use a GB Headline block for each line of text/link. Then you can set the bottom margin of each of those blocks in the Spacing controls.
