Increase space between page hero and blog post text

How can I increase the space between text of a post and the page hero?
I have tried with the header spacing in the customizer but that doesn't do anything. Would love to have it on a similar height as the widget.

My mind was twisted. Mixed up top with bottom. But now all fine.
