Increase number of articles

Is there a way to dismiss the MORE and increase the articles to fill the page?
You can dismiss the read more link by going to "Customize > Blog > Blog Content" and making it so it shows the full post.
To show more articles per page, go to "Settings > Reading" and change the "Blog pages show at most" setting.
