/inc/structure/footer.php is not used is not used in childtheme

"Every" childtheme file is used, but not my customized footer.php. Here the /inc/structure/footer.php from the theme is still used. What can I do?

Missing CSS-class "... footer-widgets-st" in line with "id=footer-widgets" at my exampe-url.

GP 2.4.2 + Premium 1.9.1

WordPress itself only allows top-level files to be overwritten in child themes. See more explanation from Tom:
