[Support request] In terms of back up using updraftPlus backup plugin

Hello. I am trying to make a backup file for my site.

On the UpdraftPlus Backup plugin, I did database and files.

Are those 2 files all I need to restore my website when the website is broken?
Or do I need to store the Theme setting?
