In GP1.6.2, I can no longer the top menu bar in the Layout section of the Custom

I recently upgraded to GP1.6.2, and I can no longer find the top menu bar in the Layout section of the Customizer. Is it somewhere else, or how to add a top menu bar with content?

Hi Mark,

the Top Bar is under Customiser > Widgets > Top Bar
