In Gallery, images are not showing side by side. How to fix this

In the Image Gallery, the images are not showing side by side instead the images are showing on top of each other.
how can I fix this?

The Gallery block is a WP block so I don't believe this is a theme issue:

Therefore we would need to go through some debugging steps.
