Improving CLS and LCP Status

Hi there,
I'm getting very poor status for CLS and LCP under 'Core Web Vitals'. The messages are like this:
Poor CLS issue: more than 0.25 (mobile)
Poor LCP issue: longer than 4s (mobile)
Out of the 80+ indexed pages, 70+ pages are having the issues.
How can I improve this?
