Importing Site Library Problem

Hi there,

Was this a fresh install with no other plugins activated?

Did you get any error messages during the importing process?

What I did is first, I install the theme which is GeneratePress. Then I install the GP Premium plugin and did the following instruction
in this link https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/.

After, I selected template layout which is the "Feather" layout. Then start importing and almost takes 8hrs and I know it shouldn't be like that kind of long. When I view the library it says

Did you import the demo content as well?

What should I do regarding this matter?

Can you share any errors you see if when you try to import a template?

I don't see any errors on my site.

Can you login to the site to further see what's the problem?

I've done tests on your site and as you can see here - https://share.getcloudapp.com/04ux8l9K - the importation worked.

You can check your site and see that it's actually applied properly.

but here's what I've noticed:

-Your site's backend seems slow in response time. I think this "slow response time" has something to do w/ your failed attempt to import a template from the site library. It's possible that the importation timed out because the server is slow to respond.

That said, do you have any alternatives for better hosting? consider moving your site to a faster hosting and see if this occurs less. :)
