Importing Demo alingment

Hello,
I just imported the demo content and I am wondering how to add the top bar that appears in the Catalyst demo.
I would appreciate any help

Hi there,
That top bar you see is added through Appearance > Widgets.
The default adds a Text widget on the Top Bar widget area.
It contains this exact code: (viewed on text tab)
<p class="topbar-text">Optional Top Bar Call to Action <a class="button topbar" href="#">Button</a></p>
