[Support request] importing content doesn’t finish

Hey, GP community! Question about Google cloud platform (GCP). I have VM instances with WordPress and activated GeneratePress premium theme then tried to import demo sites from the GeneratPress site library, the importing process reaches importing content and doesn’t finish it. Any Idea about what should I do?

Note : From vim /var/log/nginx/error.log I got that:

the long load time has gone but the imported site without content !!

I’m using vim, What does that mean? and if Something on my server is corrupting the data on the download. How to know what is it?

It certainly seems like the download of the XML file isn’t going well.

I don’t know enough about server configuration to know the cause, exactly.

Have you confirmed that the php-xml extension is installed on the server?

I wonder if your site is missing one of those extensions as well?
