    I’m trying to import the ‘Emerald’ theme after setting up and integrating GeneratePress, and the process stalls on the “Importing Content” step for several hours. I have all the required plugins installed and activated. I’m setting up a new site, so there is nothing but default content on my site at the moment. I tested importing the ‘Scribe’ theme, and that worked without issue.

    Hi Cory,

    I just tried to import the Emerald template on my fresh install without any issues.

    Any chance you can provide a staging site for us to test?

    Usually if there is an issue then it would happen to all templates and not just some templates.

    Please start a staging site if this is a live site with traffic.

    Can you contact your host to match the server’s settings with the lowest GP requirement?
