Import Json file

Hiya!

I have imported my content into a new database using Tools > Import from the WP database.

I installed GP Premium.

Copied my additional CSS to the Customizer.

And then, uploaded .json file from the old database.

Everything came over just fine, except my footer.

I went in to add back in my widgets. And I noticed that on my posts, the widgets are there where they are suppose to be EVEN though they are not setup in Appearance Widgets.

And how can I get my footer to look the way it did based on my CSS and my .json file?

Do I need to set them back up in Appearance > Widgets?

NOTE: Site is currently offline as I switching to a new host.
