It is possible to export the elements.
In the export options are not available.

It is! You can go to "Tools > Export" and choose the "Elements" option to export them.
Then you can import them using the WordPress Importer in "Tools > Import".

Hi! One question, If I import one element, will it add to the others elements created or will it overwrite them?

it will add to them - its the same as importing any post to the site.
