Import didn't do anything?

hello support, today I was ready to export all settings from my test location to the original site.
But after the import of the settings, nothing was imported?
No css, no settings, no elements?
Is there anything I still need to do?

Are you referring to the built-in import/export function?

If so that will only do for the customizer options.
Perhaps a plugin like this might make things a bit easier?

Yes, I mean the import/export by GP.
But the thing is that my customizer settings are totally clean after the import. So no CSS and no different settings.
CSS wouldn't be imported.
The customizer options - colors, typography etc should definitely be though.
No errors during the import/export process?
We haven't had this issue reported before so do you mind trying again with all plugins except GP Premium disabled?

I've made the changes already again. Good to know that CSS will not be imported (why? it is an important part of the theme?) and that it's better to do it without Premium active.
